Product review

Complete tagging set: the package includes 100 blank white cattle ear tags and one green ear tag plier. The kit supplies enough tags for routine herd work or larger tagging sessions without having to restock frequently.

Generous tag dimensions: each tag measures 2.83 x 2.36 inches (72 x 60 mm), offering a broad writable area for numbers, dates, or short notes. The size gives clear room to record birthdates, ID numbers, or other essential livestock details.

Built to last outdoors: the tags are made from quality plastic formulated to tolerate harsh weather and remain flexible rather than brittle. The white finish is designed to retain visibility and resist fading so markings stay legible season after season.

Sturdy applicator included: the tagging pliers are constructed from metal with aluminum-alloy components and come with a non-slip, comfortable handle. They’re engineered for routine use and make placing the tags in an animal’s ear straightforward once you’re familiar with the motion.

Versatile on the farm: these blank livestock tags work for cattle as well as other large animals such as horses, pigs, goats, hogs, and sheep. They’re useful for tracking pedigree, health records, and general herd identification to keep management organized and efficient.

Good for small herds

Great kit for small herds. Tags are a bit smaller for calves and suitable for younger animals.

Works as expected

The tool performed well and the instructions were clear. Tags write easily and stay put in the ear. Solidly made and should last through regular use.

Handy all-in-one kit

Plenty of tags and an applicator make this convenient when tagging many animals. The plastic feels sturdy and accepts pen or marker easily. The pliers are functional—simple but effective once you get used to the motion.
