Product review
Robust security and easy recovery: The unit uses a four-wheel code mechanism offering roughly 10,000 possible combinations. You can set and change the code as needed, and three metal backup keys are provided so you can open the box and reset the combination if the code is forgotten.
Durable construction: The housing is formed from a heavy-gauge aluminum alloy designed to resist prying and blunt-force attempts. An integrated ABS front cover shields the combination wheels from rain, dirt, and sun exposure, extending durability for outdoor location installs.
Roomy internal layout: The compartment measures approximately 4.13 inches by 2.36 inches by 1.77 inches, enough for multiple house keys, several small key fobs, or access cards. A wide-opening door gives quick access, and internal hooks keep keys sorted and prevent them from falling out or tangling.
Fast wall mounting: The box installs to a flat surface in minutes with the supplied screws and expansion anchors. A clear visual guide is supplied to help position and attach the unit so you can secure it quickly and confidently.
Designed for shared access: Its compact, low-profile silhouette reduces attention while letting homeowners, property managers, hosts, and service personnel exchange keys without hiding them in insecure spots. The key override works regardless of the combination, making short-term guest management or emergency access straightforward.
Customer care and returns: If you contact support the manufacturer offers assistance. For returns, reset the code to 0000 and remove the spare keys from the housing before shipping them back, keeping the keys in their original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

Solid product overall
Worked well and feels sturdy. I bought two units and discovered the supplied keys operate both boxes, so the key appears to be the same across this manufacturer's models.

Backup key makes rentals easier
Perfect for my short-term rental. Changing codes for each guest was a hassle with previous boxes; having a backup key simplifies turnover. The keypad layout is easy to press even with long nails, and the turn knob is more comfortable than tiny levers on other models.

Really impressed — practical design
Very pleased. A 1" ring can hold a couple keys and a tag, and I could hang three sets without jamming the mechanism. The three included keys saved me when someone changed a combo on another brand’s doorknob unit; the override keys here let you open and reset the code quickly.

Useful with backup key access
Compact but well built for storing a few keys. The 4-digit code can be changed and the three spare keys mean you won't be stranded if you forget the combo. The ABS cover helps protect the dials outdoors.

Good unit, weak screws
Appears durable and weather resistant. The provided screws for mounting are flimsy—replace them with stronger fasteners for peace of mind.

Thoughtful design and simple operation
This is my second wall-mounted box and the key override is surprisingly handy. Three small keys are included so you can carry one on a leash or stash one nearby. Anchors and screws make mounting quick and the solid cover keeps the purpose less obvious.

Heavy-duty solution for contractor access
Bought this to let contractors in while I worked. Mounted to the door frame with the included hardware; the unit feels very solid rather than flimsy. The combination offers plenty of permutations and the box anchored nicely to wood.

Heavy-duty, compact, mounts cleanly
Keeps spare keys secure in my shop. The aluminum body and ABS cover look and feel durable. Mounting was easy though I swapped out a supplied screw that stripped while tightening.

Well thought-out and weather-aware
We keep lock boxes at our remote cabin for emergencies. Past boxes suffered around the dials from weather, but this model’s ABS front and key override help a lot. The four-digit code is easy to reset for different visitors and the three supplied keys are handy.
