Product review
This smart recumbent exercise bike is built for low-impact training at home. The package includes the main frame, a wide cushioned seat and padded backrest, two 20 lb resistance bands with foam grips, mounting hardware, and a user guide. It pairs with the SunnyFit app to access instructor-led sessions and scenic routes.
The drive system uses a magnetic belt mechanism for quiet, low-maintenance pedaling and offers 16 adjustable resistance levels via a manual dial. The seat rides on an adjustable rail to fit a range of leg lengths, and a flip-up side handle helps with easy mounting and dismounting. The frame and components are metal and molded composite materials chosen for stability and daily use.
Full-motion exercise bands attach to a pulley and swivel system that permits a wide range of upper-body movements; foam-covered handles improve comfort during arm routines. The console is battery-powered and displays core metrics as you cycle, while the machine’s overall footprint is compact enough to move between rooms when needed.
Assembly requires following the included instructions and securing the control cable and linkages during setup; some buyers find the cable connection requires attention. The unit is designed for quiet indoor use so you can watch television or follow workouts without raising the volume. Regular users cite the cushioned seat and back support as helpful for longer sessions.
Pros
- Quiet magnetic belt drive with 16 resistance settings
- Wide padded seat and backrest for comfortable, low-impact exercise
- Includes two 20 lb resistance bands with pulley swivel for upper-body work
Cons
- Console is basic and battery-powered
- Some assembly steps, especially cable hookup, can be fiddly
- May not fit very short users comfortably at the forward seat limit
VerdictA comfortable, quiet recumbent bike that pairs app-driven workouts with a smooth magnetic belt-drive and full-motion resistance bands. It’s stable and compact, good for rehabilitation or gentle cardio, though some users report fit issues, a basic display, and occasional assembly fiddles.

Good quality home trainer
I wanted equipment for home workouts and found this to be very well made. It’s easy to assemble and I’m happy with the build quality and performance. I recommend it.

Comfortable roomy seat
I’ve owned many bikes and this one is the most comfortable so far thanks to the wide seat. It offers multiple resistance levels and has held up well over several years since I bought it in 2021.

Solid machine after a bit of help putting it together
My husband and I assembled it in about an hour. The printed directions weren't very clear, but a step-by-step video online filled the gaps. After a week of use I’m pleased — it feels well-built, remains steady at higher tensions, and is quiet enough to keep in my office. It’s compact and light enough for me to shift on my own.

Disappointed with some cheap-feeling parts
For the price I expected better. The small display runs on batteries and feels low-end, the arm-pull system seems flimsy, and the seat gradually sinks during use so you must keep readjusting. After about 30 minutes the seat became uncomfortable. Overall it seems cheaply finished.

Simple, well-packed bike that suits rehab needs
Packing was neat and minimal waste. Parts were organized and labeled by assembly step, which helped a lot. The online manual via QR code is detailed. My husband needed a no-frills cardio bike during cancer recovery; this is sturdy, very quiet, and the tension changes smoothly. Note: at 4'11" the seat still ended up too far back, so it wasn’t a good fit for me.

NOVA DIYers 5/5
Well-designed, easy to move between rooms
Nice engineering and straightforward assembly; we only had to re-align the rotation sensor once. It’s light enough for one person to relocate, which we do depending on where we want to watch TV. Seat adjustments cover both our heights (5'1" and 5'6"). The console cycles through metrics; heart-rate grips are on the top handles rather than the side rails.

Good value and comfortable to use
I originally expected something different but was pleasantly surprised. It’s solidly made, comfortable to get on and off, and suitable for larger or older users. Overall a recommended purchase.

Tip for connecting the resistance cable
I assembled it right away and noticed the trickiest part was hooking the cable from the resistance dial to the frame. The manual diagram is small; if you turn the dial to a higher setting it creates the slack needed to attach the sleeve and inner wire. Rotation is quiet. At 165 cm with shorter legs, the forward-most slide still leaves me cramped, but kids will find it easier. Even the lowest setting provides a decent amount of resistance.

Very quiet and useful for recovery
Assembly went smoothly except the resistance cable felt a bit short, but we managed. The build is surprisingly robust and the adjustable seat and resistance levels work well. I use it for in-home therapy after a stroke and it’s doing what I need for leg rehab. It’s quiet enough to ride while watching TV without increasing the volume.

Great option if you want simple, quiet cardio
After six months of regular use I’m satisfied. At 46 with arthritis, I needed a gentler cardio option my PT recommended. I wanted something straightforward without distracting apps or huge consoles. Assembly took about an hour and it doesn’t take up much space. It runs very quietly and suits my lower-impact workouts.

Missing control housing in the box
The shipment arrived without the console housing. The rest of the package looked fine but the control box was absent.
