Well-made and excellent support
Packaging was solid but the wooden tray handle arrived broken. Customer service quickly shipped a replacement handle and extra chips — impressive follow-up. Functional but struggles to seal tightly

Instant upgrade for my home bar
This kit transformed my home setup. It looks like a proper gift set, the torch feels sturdy, and the electric smoker delivers consistent clouds without fiddling. The wood chip selection is fantastic — apple and cherry are subtly sweet, oak and pecan are richer — so you can tune the drink’s profile. Makes great smoked cocktails easily
We’d enjoyed smoked Old-Fashioneds at bars and wanted to recreate them at home. I avoided bulky chimneys and flame-free electric units, and liked the hybrid fan-plus-flame approach here. The fan pushes smoke down into the glass so it settles over the drink instead of just floating above. It produced very satisfying results without taking up much space.

Reliable and simple to use
I’ve had battery smokers before that failed at the power button; this rechargeable one has performed well so far. It fills the glass evenly and traveled well on a weekend trip where it impressed friends. The six chip cans are a good supply and support was responsive and helpful.
