The included wide-angle cap unit supports 270° cap embroidery on front, side, and back positions at speeds up to 850 SPM, enabling logos, lettering, and 3D puff effects on structured and unstructured hat styles.
Controls and file transfer: Import DST or DSB format designs via Wi‑Fi or USB, choose your hoop and thread palette, place the design, and begin stitching from the 9-inch touchscreen running InStitch OS4. The user interface is laid out to help operators transitioning from single-needle machines adapt quickly.

Frustrating support and setup issues
