This walking presser foot is produced in Taiwan and supplied as a single low-shank, open-toe unit. The package contains the walking foot assembly and its basic mounting hardware; no extra accessories are included. The part is finished to resist corrosion and built for repeated on/off use.
Construction and materials
The foot is constructed from plated metal components and stamped parts for strength and durability. The open-toe shape gives unobstructed sight of the needle and stitches, while the integrated feed dogs (dual-feed mechanism) advance the top layer in sync with the machine’s feed. How it is used

Brands and variations
Although primarily listed with Janome model references, the foot also fits machines from other makers that share the same low-shank fitting. Always check your machine’s shank type (low shank) and the foot clearance above the throat plate. If your machine uses a high shank or a proprietary snap-on system, this foot will not be compatible.
Usage tips
When installing, raise the needle and presser bar to the correct height, remove any bobbin-extractor obstructions if necessary, and fasten the foot securely. Test on scrap fabric before working on a project, and use a suitable needle for the fabrics and threads you are sewing.

Causes vibration on my machine
This foot made my machine vibrate and bent needles. It was listed as compatible with my Necchi, but it didn’t work well for me.

Works with Elna SU air electric
