What's included and how to fit it
The package contains a single 120mm DUALIS-R fan, a set of mounting screws and a compact quick-start sheet. The fan connects to a standard PWM header for speed control and provides an RGB lead for lighting synchronization. Installation follows typical 120mm case fan mounting — align the frame to the mounting holes, secure with screws, and plug into your fan header or controller.
Appearance and lighting
The DUALIS-R features an infinity-mirror styling built from a mirrored hub and edge lighting driven by 12 RGB LEDs arranged around the circumference. The blade faces are reversed so the decorative side can remain visible while the fan still pulls or pushes air in the intended direction. The frame is a rigid molded plastic that complements tempered-glass panel builds and showcases the layered mirror effect.
Performance and control
This 120mm fan is specified to move up to 68.93 CFM of air and supports PWM regulation that lets it modulate speed as system temperatures change, with a top speed around 2000 RPM. That balance of airflow and control makes it suitable for case ventilation or radiator use depending on your layout.
Noise and reliability
Acoustically it is designed to stay reasonably quiet under load, with a quoted high-speed noise near 38.58 dBA. The bearing system is a fluid dynamic bearing that reduces friction and contributes to a rated lifespan on the order of 50,000 hours, helping the fan run smoothly and quietly over extended use.
Materials and sizing
The fan is a standard 120mm form factor with a square frame and mounting pads to reduce vibration. Materials include a durable plastic frame and a mirrored central hub for the infinity effect. The reverse blades are contoured to preserve the visual side while maintaining airflow performance.
Pros
- Striking infinity-mirror RGB lighting
- Reverse-blade layout keeps the display side visible while moving air
- PWM control and fluid-dynamic bearing for longevity and quieter operation
Cons
- High-speed noise approaches advertised ceiling
- Mirror lighting can be bright for some camera captures
- Reverse blades may affect orientation options in tight layouts
VerdictThe KINGCOOL DUALIS-R blends eye-catching infinity-mirror lighting with a reverse-blade layout that preserves the attractive face of the fan while maintaining airflow. It offers strong airflow for a 120mm fan (around 68.9 CFM), PWM speed control to roughly 2000 RPM, and a fluid-dynamic bearing designed for long service life. Acoustic performance is acceptable for the class, with measured noise fig

Perfect swap for a failing RGB fan
One of my CPU fan LEDs failed and this 120mm reverse-blade mirror fan fit nicely as a replacement. Installation was standard; the lighting synced to the rest and the fan ran quietly even at top speed. Cabling stayed tidy, and it integrated visually with my other fans.

Quiet, attractive, and performs as advertised
Picked this up for a future build and ran it outside the case first. It stayed pleasantly quiet even when pushed toward higher speeds, producing a steady hum rather than a high-pitched whine. The infinity-mirror effect looks premium and not gimmicky. The reverse-blade arrangement still moves noticeable air — the quoted ~68.9 CFM checks out in real use — so I’m comfortable using these on exhausts or radiators. Good feel for stocking ahead of a build.

Smooth spin and predictable noise figures
Mirror finish at the hub and on two sides makes the lighting shine outward. I measured idle and ramp speeds with a tachometer: lowest around 650 RPM, audible near 833 RPM, and full speed roughly 1720–1900 RPM depending on the readout. At 1 m the fan crossed my noise floor near 32 dBA and reached about 38.7 dBA at max — aligning with the spec. The blades spin without wobble and the frame has rubber pads for mounting.

Great visuals, solid cooling for tempered-glass builds
The infinity-mirror ring and center look fantastic behind a glass panel. Because the blades are reversed, you can mount it to pull air while keeping the attractive face exposed — ideal for bottom or side placements. Feels well-built, matches lighter builds, and keeps temps down while remaining quiet. Screws and cable length made installation easy.

Reversible design adds real versatility
I like that the fan can run in either direction and still show the mirror face — it’s useful and attractive. Airflow is solid and the RGB looks good. Installation was straightforward. Overall a versatile and attractive 120mm fan.

Looks sharp and handles airflow quietly
This reverse-blade 120mm fan delivers good airflow while preserving the visual side of the frame — great for showcase cases. It pushes a steady stream of air and also works well on radiators thanks to decent static pressure. PWM keeps noise low during light use and ramps smoothly when needed; the bearing keeps operation steady.
