Product review
Designed and engineered in the United States, the FitSpine X3 combines patented features with purpose-built accessories to support spinal traction and muscle relaxation. The FitSpine backrest uses FlexTechnology and an 8-point floating suspension to let your body glide and decompress more fully than a rigid surface. Built-in Grip-and-Stretch handholds expand stretching options.
The unit ships with eight acupressure nodes arranged at different heights to target trigger points, plus an adjustable Lumbar Bridge that lets you change the arch to concentrate traction where you need it most. Traction Handles and large Stretch Max Handles give you additional leverage for assisted decompression and guided stretches.
Comfort and fit centers on the EZ-Reach Ankle System with a long stainless-steel handle to minimize forward bending and a secondary gravity-activated safety lock. Patented wrap-around ankle cups and a two-position easy-dial foot platform let you fine-tune an ergonomic, secure fit. An EZ-Angle tether comes preset at 20, 40 and 60 degrees to help you control inversion depth or remove it for full inversion lock-out.
Safety and durability are emphasized: the table is FDA registered, UL safety certified, and rated for users up to 300 pounds. Materials include stainless-steel components for the ankle handle and engineered polymer for the flexible FitSpine board that provides controlled give. The accessories and adjustable elements are intended to make the table usable for a wide range of body sizes and therapeutic needs.
Pros
- Multiple accessories for targeted relief (acupressure nodes, lumbar bridge)
- Comfort-focused ankle system with easy-reach stainless-steel handle
- Preset angle tether and quality safety certifications
Cons
- Large and somewhat heavy — needs space and help to move
- Packaging and shipping can result in damage on rare occasions
- Some included assembly media may be unreliable
VerdictA robust inversion system that combines engineered decompression tech with comfort-focused details. It’s well suited for people seeking non-surgical back and sciatic relief, offering multiple accessory options and secure ankle support. Sturdy construction and safety certifications make it a long-term home therapy option.

Arrived damaged — waiting on replacement
The box was battered and some internal parts were broken. The table looks promising and I believe it helps, but the damaged shipment means I’m waiting for replacement parts before I can use it.

Al Black 5/5
Very helpful for my back
Simple statement: this has significantly helped my back pain.

Upgraded from an older model — much improved
This model feels stronger than our old unit and the extra handles are very helpful. The longer foot release handle is a practical improvement and short daily sessions leave me feeling much better.

Sivaprakash K. 5/5
Effective and good value
Straightforward to install and I noticed improvement from the first use. Short sessions are best — multiple brief uses per day work well for me.

Brenda J. 5/5
Comfortable and easy to operate
The foot release is excellent. Overall it’s comfortable, compact when stored, and provided noticeable relief for my back.

Heavy but straightforward to assemble
The package is bulky and heavy — two people make unpacking and assembly much easier. Instructions are clear and the printed packing guidance was thoughtful. Once together it’s sturdy and operates smoothly.

Sophia Rose 5/5
Sturdy option for larger users
Stable and adjustable to fit taller or broader frames. Assembly is manageable but an extra hand helps with heavier pieces. The ankle lock and handles make solo use feasible and it eased my lower back pain.

Replaced a cheap unit — night and day
I moved up from a knock-off and the difference is huge. The flexible FitSpine bed is comfortable by design and the table balances easily. It’s been a real help with sciatica and overall back stiffness.

Instant relief — wish I had one sooner
Set the tether to 60 degrees and inverted; felt immediate release with audible pops and big relief afterward. Inverting and returning upright is secure and easy to control.

Solid performer — well built and supportive
Arrived two days early, box intact and all parts present. Assembly was straightforward and I used it the same day. After seven weeks I’ve noticed real improvement and the unit feels stable during use. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I called.

Easy setup and surprising relief
After a lot of research I chose this model. It assembled quickly and supports my weight comfortably. The acupressure balls hit the right spots and the long release handle makes locking and unlocking the ankles much easier given my limited bending.

Cleared my sciatic pain in a month
Used it consistently and within weeks I was largely pain free and back to walking. Delivery was fast and packaging protected the unit. Note: the included CD didn’t work for me; online assembly instructions were more useful.
