Not a match for the advertised vehicle
Claimed to fit a 2023 BMW X3 yet the driver mat didn’t align at all and the rear piece was too narrow to use as one intact mat. I had to cut to make it usable.

Wrong pieces replaced promptly at no extra charge
My first shipment contained incorrect pieces; customer service sent the correct three-piece set without charging me or asking for the wrong ones back. I chose these because they’re utilitarian and non-slip. The driver mat is a touch small and the edges looked roughly trimmed, but scissors fixed that. Not dealership quality but acceptable for the cost and excellent service.

Poor fit on my Ram and strong initial chemical smell
For a 2005 Ram 2500 the mats didn’t follow the floor contour near the ducts and tended to wrinkle and bulge. There was a burned-plastic type odor at first that faded after about two weeks, but could be problematic for sensitive lungs. Functional for mud and snow, but fit and finish felt cheap; I rated them 3/5.

Persistent gasoline-like smell after unpacking
A strong gasoline-type odor was present straight out of the box and remained even after washing and airing them for several days. Not sure it will disappear; I’d suggest choosing another option if you’re sensitive to smells.

Powerful odor but hefty, trim-to-fit build
They arrived with a really strong smell — I recommend airing them outdoors before installing. Aside from the odor they feel thick and solid and don’t slide. Cutting to fit was straightforward: passenger front fit as-is, rear had to be divided and the driver mat trimmed so it wouldn't hit the gas. All were easy, expected adjustments. I’d recommend after airing out.

Good value and nearly perfect fit for my Passat
Replaced worn VW Passat mats and these fit almost perfectly for a 2002 model. I split the rear section into two mats for a raised middle and trimmed the fronts to sit correctly. They’re a bit thin but reasonable quality; a mild new-rubber smell faded within hours. Expect decent service for everyday use.

Works for my 2015 Leaf but slightly narrow
These matched what I wanted for protecting against spills and heavy dog hair, though they’re a bit too narrow for my Leaf. Lengths were fine and they don’t slide. I bought them over other options because they were slightly wider, but I still wish they had another inch in width. Overall useful when you need rubber protection.
