Product review
What’s included: one Envelor anti-fatigue rubber mat, nominally sized 24 x 36 inches, ready to lay flat without additional accessories.
Materials and construction: made from solid, heavy rubber that gives the mat a substantial feel so it resists curling and shifting under foot. The surface is textured for traction while the body provides cushioning to reduce fatigue when standing for long periods.
Size and form factor: the mat measures 24 x 36 inches and features an open-grid pattern of drainage holes across the surface. The grid allows water, melted ice, spills and debris to pass through instead of pooling on top.
How it’s used: place it where people stand frequently — behind bars, at prep stations, in kitchen lines, in front of appliances, at entryways, garages, patios, pool decks, laundry rooms, or pet feeding areas. It can be rinsed, swept or hosed off and dries quickly because of the holes.
Performance notes: the heavy rubber helps the mat stay put on tile, concrete, vinyl and hardwood and prevents bunching or curling corners. The textured finish helps maintain grip in wet or snowy conditions, and the mat is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, though some users report an initial chemical odor and find it less comfortable for bare feet in poolside settings.
Pros
- Durable, heavy rubber construction
- Open-grid drains water and debris quickly
- Textured surface provides slip resistance
Cons
- Can have a noticeable initial odor
- Less comfortable for prolonged barefoot use
- May warm up in direct sunlight
VerdictThis 24 x 36 inch rubber mat is built to endure regular foot traffic and wet conditions. The dense rubber construction keeps it planted and provides noticeable cushioning for long periods of standing. The grid lets water, debris and ice melt pass through for quick drying and easy cleaning. It’s versatile for indoor and outdoor use — bars, commercial kitchens, mudrooms, pool areas and shop entrance

Helped during long days on the boat
I put two of these on my fishing boat as anti-fatigue pads and they do the job. They cushion my feet during long trips, though they absorb heat in direct sun.

Perfect fit behind bar area
This mat fits cleanly between our bar and cooler. It’s robust, stays flat, and gives good cushioning when standing for hours. Would have liked it sooner.

Exactly as described
Looks and performs just like the listing — heavy, grippy, and durable.

Ideal by the ice machine
Size is spot on for in front of the ice maker to catch spills. The edge and texture reduce trip risk while keeping a non-slip surface.

Solid value overall
Good product for the money — does what it’s intended to do without fuss.

Not great for bare feet, fine as an outdoor wipe mat
Too firm for stepping out of a hot tub barefoot, so we moved it to an exterior boot-wiping spot. It had a strong chemical smell at first, which is why it’s better outside. Dirt falls through the grid easily; clay may be tougher to clear.

A real comfort upgrade for standing tasks
This mat felt like a little relief for my feet when cooking or doing dishes. It grips the floor well and seems sturdy enough to handle occasional rough use.

Holds up outside the entry
We use this outside our front door for wiping boots and clearing snow. It’s heavy enough to resist wind, easy to hose off, and has handled winter well.

Quality construction with practical edge
Sturdy build and the framed edge gives it a finished look while protecting the sides. Feels like a long-lasting purchase and good value for the material quality.

Great gift, performs in wet areas
Bought as a gift and it’s working out well in a damp spot that used to get slippery. The grip is solid and the dimensions were a perfect match for the location. Very similar to what I’ve used in professional kitchens.

Began to fail after a few weeks
We experienced damage near the center after only a few weeks of use. Disappointed with the durability in our situation.

Solid choice for a large entry landing
I needed a heavy, vented mat for a 10' x 8' landing to keep dust outside. This rubber mat stayed put thanks to its weight and the open holes reduced wind uplift. It wasn’t my first pick at first, but after comparing several options the thickness and grid pattern made this one work for the job.
