Product review
Materials and components: The device includes a padded neck cradle made from breathable velvet mesh fabric, an adjustable webbing strap, reinforced elastic support bands, and a quick-release buckle. The cradle has cutouts at ear level so you can listen to music or take calls without removing the device.
Comfort and fit: The velvet-mesh cushion is soft and skin-friendly with an ergonomic contoured shape that hugs the cervical curve. The design aims to stay comfortable during brief traction sessions and reduce local pressure points.
How it’s used: To use, loop the strap around a stable anchor such as a door handle, stair railing, or the footboard of a bed and secure the buckle. Adjust the length of the strap to raise your head so it is gently suspended by the cradle; typical sessions last a few minutes to decompress the neck. The elasticized support bands provide additional stability during use.
Sizing and portability: The cradle is one-size-fits-most for adult necks and the strap length is adjustable to accommodate standard doorknobs, bed frames and railings. The whole unit is lightweight and folds flat for travel or storage.
Who it’s for: This traction strap is intended for athletes, manual workers, dancers, office workers, and anyone who spends long periods sitting or who experiences cervical discomfort. It’s marketed as a simple at-home aid to relieve neck tension and reduce compression-related nerve irritation.

VerdictThis adjustable neck traction strap delivers comfortable cervical decompression for many users. The velvet-mesh cradle and ear openings add comfort and convenience, while reinforced elastic straps and a release buckle make setup straightforward. It’s compact enough to carry and simple to attach to a doorknob, bedpost, or railing, offering short sessions of relief from nerve pinching and tension. K

Long-term relief for chronic neck issues
I have degenerative discs in my cervical spine that occasionally produce sharp nerve pain. This strap eases that pain more effectively for me than my regular chiropractor or the clinic’s traction table. I keep it hung from a doorknob and use it proactively; lying with my head suspended gives fast, noticeable relief.

Fell off during use
The cradle slipped off my neck while I was using it.

Small device, big difference
After months of cervical and lumbar problems I couldn’t lift weights. Using this traction strap alongside my trainer’s guidance helped decompress my neck and reduced nerve pinching. With the neck stretched and spine less compressed, I’ve been able to begin light lifting again with much less pain.

Didn’t fit our needs
It repeatedly popped off my partner’s head and arrived with no instructions. We tried different orientations and angles and even had a second person pull, but couldn’t get a secure fit, so we returned it.

Did what it promised
Tried it once and it performed as described.

Worth trying for stubborn neck pain
I was unsure at first, but it really helps decompress my cervical spine. Unlike inflatable neck supports, this suspends the head and removes pressure. Ten minutes lying in it can be very relieving; after a few sessions I noticed reduced stiffness and pressure.

Slipped and pulled at my ears
It kept sliding off my head when tensioned. As it shifted it pulled my ears instead of sitting in the ear cutouts.

Great for tension and whiplash recovery
I bought a second unit for my daughter after she suffered whiplash. Her chiropractor was pleased she was using it and she found it very effective. We both use ours regularly for tension relief. Be cautious at first—short sessions can make you feel a little light-headed until you acclimate.
