Does the job but dries wipes sometimes
Keeps wipes warm, but I have to add a little water occasionally because some become dry. I assume this is common to many warmers.

Great for a newborn who dislikes cold wipes
A must-have if your infant reacts to cold wipes. Temperature control is easy to use and you can keep wipes in their packet inside the unit.

Unreliable power and too bulky for my counter
I was disappointed. The unit is much larger than I expected and dominates my counter. It rarely powers on consistently — the button must be pressed repeatedly. It warms wipes but dries top and bottom ones and doesn’t feel durable.

Wrong plug and no support for returns
I received a different color and a plug incompatible with my outlets. The unit never powered on and customer service never scheduled a return. Very disappointing experience.

Stopped the late-night crying
As a first-time parent I thought this was unnecessary until cold wipes upset my baby. After a month of use with water-based wipes, it’s been reliable and heats quickly. The pastel pink is a nice touch. Downsides: large opening lets wipes fall back in, and wipes cool quickly if not used nearby.

Performs well and looks nice
Heats wipes effectively and the adjustable temps are a plus. The cord stays cool, which reassures me. It mainly warms the top wipes so the ones below aren’t dried out. Overall, attractive and functional.

Heated wipes smelled plasticky
When heated the wipes developed a plastic-like odor, which made them unusable for us.
