What’s included and purpose
This manual paper creaser is a compact scoring machine sized for sheets up to approximately 13.8 inches wide. Included in the unit are the extended positioning block for edge alignment, the grooved feeding platform with a clear printed scale for accurate placement, and an alloy creasing blade that forms the score line. The working panel folds down for compact storage when the tool isn’t in use.
Materials and dimensions
The frame and foldable panels are constructed primarily from durable molded plastic to keep the tool lightweight and easy to move. The creasing element is an upgraded alloy blade designed to resist wear and produce a precise crease; manufacturer tolerance is cited at about 0.1 mm for minimal deviation. The overall usable width is about 13.8 inches (13.78" nominal), suitable for most invitations, brochures, greeting cards and book covers.
How it’s used and performance
To score, set the paper against the extended positioning block and use the printed scale on the grooved platform to fine-tune placement. Lower the widened, ergonomically shaped handle to engage the alloy blade and create a sharp, even fold line. The auto-rebound handle returns to the ready position after each stroke, which eases repetitive scoring and reduces hand fatigue. The grooved platform and secure edge alignment help prevent slipping, producing consistent results across multiple sheets.
Storage and suitability
The foldable working panel keeps the unit compact for desks, craft stations or small print shops with limited space. While the plastic construction keeps it portable and easy to store, the alloy blade and alignment features make it suitable for home offices, DIY studios and small-volume professional jobs where a neat, crack-free fold is required. It performs best with cardstock and coated stock when proper scoring technique is used.

Compact and Practical for Occasional Office Use
Purchased for our office to replace makeshift scoring methods. Before this we tried a utility blade in a cutter but it lacked the depth and pressure needed for thicker stock, so creases were shallow and uneven. The machine is mostly plastic, so it's lightweight, but that makes it easy to store and move. Because it isn’t used daily in our space, the small footprint and easy storage are definite advantages.

Delivers Professional-Looking Folds for Event Materials
We had about 100 printed cards to prepare for an event and hand-folding caused white cracking on the heavy stock. Using this creaser let us score every card quickly and the folds came out uniform, aligned and crack-free. The finished pieces looked much more like professionally produced materials, which made a real difference for client-facing items. If you work with heavier papers often, this tool noticeably improves the result.
