Product review
This tool merges a ruler and a protractor into a single measuring instrument for capturing both internal and external angles. The dual-arm design lets you lay the stainless steel blades flat against workpieces to trace or transfer angles directly to saw setups.
The two arms are constructed from stainless steel with laser-etched graduations for crisp, long-lasting markings. When closed it measures about 7.5 inches (220mm); when fully extended the combined length is approximately 400mm, giving a useful reach for trims and longer stock.
The digital module displays the measured angle and the unit is specified to deliver about ±0.3 degrees of accuracy, making it appropriate for woodworking, crown molding, cabinet fitting, and other shop tasks. A central lock lets you clamp the arms at any angle so you can read or transfer measurements without movement.
A CR2032 cell powers the display and one is supplied with the product. Note that the device does not offer a reverse/flip display function for overhead readings. It is intended to be used by placing the chosen face on the surface to be measured and zeroing or locking as needed before transferring the angle to a cutting tool.
Pros
- Stainless steel construction with laser-etched markings
- Includes CR2032 battery and folds compactly
- Secure lock for holding and transferring angles
Cons
- No flip/overhead display mode
- Edges can be somewhat sharp out of the box
- Display not backlit
VerdictThis stainless steel digital angle finder combines a straightedge and protractor in one tool, offering clear laser-etched markings, a secure lock for transferring angles, and a readable digital display powered by a CR2032 battery (included). With a claimed accuracy of ±0.3°, a folded length of roughly 7.5 inches (220mm) and a total span of 400mm when opened, it handles inside and outside angle che

Saved time on cabinet and trim work
Solid-feeling tool. I used it to capture ceiling and wall corner angles for built-ins and baseboards. Most walls aren’t perfectly square, and this made miter saw setup much faster and accurate. Readout matched cuts I made.

Solid and precise for DIY projects
Arrived intact and performs well for home projects. Measures across the full 360° range in theory; laser-etched scales look durable and the central lock is handy for transferring miter angles. Missing a lit display and flip readout; edges are a bit sharp. Good value for workshop use.

Accurate and handy in the shop
High-quality feel and straightforward digital setup. Locking can take a little effort. Verified 45° cuts on scrap and it delivered consistent angles.

Made baseboard installs much easier
Used it to fit trim across about 1,200 sq ft — made angle cuts straightforward and faster. Highly recommended for that kind of job.

Sturdy build and adjustable pivot
Heavy-duty feel and the pivot tension is easy to tweak. I compared it to square edges I own and it lined up well. Heads-up: the stainless edges are sharp, so handle with care.

Robust, easy to read and use
Very solid build; I expected flimsy rulers but these are sturdy. Zeroing on the measuring surface is simple and the digits are easy to read. Tightening doesn’t shift the angle, comes with an extra battery, and instructions are clear. Wish the display was backlit and that it had a flip mode, but overall I recommend it.

Very precise for the money
I worried it might not be accurate but every check I made was within 0.1–0.2°. Arm thickness feels right — not flimsy or overly bulky. Hope it lasts, because it’s been excellent so far.

A huge time-saver in a metal shop
I run a press brake and check angles constantly. This digital reader cut the time I spend measuring by a lot. Accuracy is within our typical shop tolerance and the display is easy to see without glasses.
