Product review
Generous length and coverage — The roll contains 200 feet of parchment paper, which equates to roughly 250 square feet of lining material at 15 inches wide. That amount is intended to keep a busy kitchen well supplied for weeks of baking, roasting, and meal prep without swapping boxes often.
Customizable to any pan — Because the paper comes on a continuous roll with no pre-cuts, you can tear or snip sheets to fit anything from small air fryer baskets to full-size sheet pans and large roasting trays. The 15-inch width is designed to cover most baking sheets and jelly roll pans with minimal trimming.
Heat performance — These sheets are rated for use up to 450°F, suitable for ovens, air fryers, and many grilling tasks. The material is treated to be nonstick and stable in high heat, helping foods release cleanly and reducing charring or curling during standard baking cycles.
Materials and food safety — Made from 100% natural wood pulp and left unbleached, the paper is food‑grade and free of chlorine bleaching. It’s intended for direct contact with cookies, pastries, roasted vegetables, and meats without imparting off-flavors.
Durability and handling — The paper is advertised as extra thick and tear-resistant compared with the very thin deli-style sheets. It cuts and tears cleanly when creased, and holds up under moist or oily foods, though very heavy grease loads may show through a single layer in some cases.
Versatile cleanup aid — Use it to line baking sheets, wrap items for roasting, protect pans during messy jobs, or as a disposable work surface. When removed after cooking, it speeds cleanup and helps preserve pan surfaces, reducing the need for scrubbing.
Pros
- Long 200‑ft roll gives extensive coverage
- Rated to 450°F for oven and air fryer use
- Unbleached, food‑grade wood pulp
Cons
- Box dispenser can arrive loose or need adjustment
- Some users report thinner feel in single layers
- May permit grease through with very oily foods
VerdictThis 15-inch unbleached parchment roll delivers lots of usable paper in a single spool and covers large pans without seams. It’s heat-safe to 450°F, food‑grade, and robust enough for many kitchen tasks, though some users find single layers can be thinner than thicker brands. Overall it’s a practical, eco-friendlier option for frequent bakers and cooks who prefer a long roll they can trim to fit.

Really like this parchment
The packaging needed a bit of tape when it arrived, but the paper itself performs well. I ordered a wider width than I needed, which was my mistake, but it still works fine. I'll buy again and recommend it.

Sturdy, grease-resistant and well made
Nice to find an unbleached 15" roll. I’ve been cutting back on foil and this paper makes cleanup easy. The shipping box had a loose adhesive so I fixed the dispenser to get straight cuts, but the sheets themselves are surprisingly sturdy and don’t tear easily — you need a firm crease to rip them neatly.

Solid, dependable parchment
This roll is really convenient to keep on hand. The 15-inch width covers large pans, it stays flat in the oven, and handles sticky dough and juicy roasts without sticking. The unbleached material is a nice touch for everyday use.

Customer Review 4/5
Great fit for cookie sheets but thinner than expected
Width is perfect for lining sheets with no trimming, which saves time. The roll is heavy and plentiful, but the paper is closer to deli-paper thickness and grease can bleed through a single layer. It handled most bakes fine; in a side-by-side oatmeal cookie test with my usual brand, bottoms browned sooner and produced a crunchier edge — which I liked — though a double layer prevented some of the bleed-through.
