Torani Syrup Ice Pops: Simple Homemade Recipe for Summer

Vanilla Mango Frozen Yogurt Ice Pops

Disclosure: This Vanilla Mango Frozen Yogurt Ice Pops recipe was sponsored by Torani. I received Torani product and related materials as part of a sponsored campaign through SheSpeaks. All opinions and the recipe are my own.

I participated in the Torani Authentic Coffeehouse Flavor program through SheSpeaks and enjoyed trying new flavors. I love coffee, especially flavored varieties, and cold-brewed iced coffee has become a recent favorite.

Torani Syrups

I received Torani Pumpkin Spice and Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla syrups to test. The Pumpkin Spice was delightful in iced coffee. I was hesitant about a sugar-free syrup at first because many sugar-free sweeteners have an aftertaste, but the sugar-free Vanilla surprised me — it tasted like real vanilla with no noticeable aftertaste.

The aroma when you open the bottle is rich and sweet, reminiscent of baking vanilla cake. I used the vanilla syrup in hot coffee, iced coffee, and even added a splash to a glass of Pepsi. It worked well in all those applications.

After browsing the Torani recipe booklet that came with my package, I started thinking of other ways to use the syrup. One idea immediately came to mind: ice pops. Here in Florida, my kids and grandkids enjoy ice pops year-round, and my granddaughter had already spotted a new ice pop mold and was eager for me to make some.

Vanilla Mango Frozen Yogurt Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2–3 tsp Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup mango slices (or fruit of your choice)

Directions

  1. Place the yogurt, Torani vanilla syrup, and mango slices in a blender.
  2. Pulse until the fruit reaches your desired size. Fewer pulses leave larger fruit pieces; more blending creates a smoother base.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, insert sticks if needed, and freeze overnight for best results.

These pops are versatile — swap the mango for strawberries, peaches, or berries, and use different Torani flavors to create new combinations. The sugar-free vanilla works especially well because it adds sweetness and a true vanilla aroma without extra sugar.

Torani Flavor Notes

Torani offers a wide range of flavored syrups, including regular and sugar-free varieties, making them useful beyond coffee: beverages, desserts, and homemade treats like these ice pops.
