Sizing and fit: Measure your finger by wrapping a cord or string around the base, compare that circumference to the provided size chart, and pick the corresponding US ring size. Because this method can yield a slightly larger reading, consider selecting one size smaller to avoid the ring sliding off during handwashing.
No recurring fees: Once you buy the ring you get lifetime, free access to the companion health app—no subscription or ongoing charges required. The app delivers real-time and historical health information without extra costs.
Sleep tracking: Wear the ring overnight and it will automatically log sleep sessions, recording time-to-sleep, wake times and sleep stages (deep and light sleep). Data displays in graphs inside the app, with daily, weekly and monthly views to help you adjust habits for better rest. The ring is designed to be lightweight and comfortable so it won’t interfere with sleep.
Continuous health monitoring: The device continuously measures blood oxygen and heart rate around the clock, plus stress indicators. All readings are accessible on demand through the app and are stored for day-to-day or long-term review to support healthier routines.
Activity tracking and sport modes: Steps, calories and distance are tracked automatically throughout the day. Select from multiple exercise modes—running, cycling, skipping rope, walking, hiking, yoga, dancing, golf and more—to capture route, duration, heart rate, speed and calories burned for each workout.
Battery and charging: The ring charges in about two hours and typically runs 3–5 days per charge. A supplied portable charging case with a 400 mAh battery can fully recharge the ring roughly 15 times, extending use to about 60 days between case recharges. The case recharges via Type‑C and the ring recharges magnetically.
Compatibility and what's in the box: The ring supports Android 4.4 / iOS 8.4 and later. Charging options include the magnetic USB cable or the provided charging case. Package contents: smart ring ×1, 400 mAh charging case ×1, magnetic USB charging cable ×1, Type‑C cable for the case ×1, and a user guide ×1. The device also carries an IP68 water resistance rating and a smooth, lightweight metal alloy finish for everyday wear.
Pros
- Comprehensive vital tracking (HR, SpO2, sleep, steps)
- Portable charging case extends use for weeks
- Lifetime app access with no recurring fees
Cons
- Surface can scratch fairly easily
- Occasional syncing or auto-reading inaccuracies reported
- Auto sleep detection may mislabel short wake periods
VerdictA compact ring-style tracker that packs continuous heart-rate and SpO2 monitoring, automatic sleep logging, activity tracking across several sports, and an included 400 mAh charging case that extends use for weeks. Ideal for users who want a jewelry-like tracker without monthly app charges, though occasional syncing quirks and surface scratching have been reported.

Decent for the price, but scratches easily
Battery life is solid and the ring is stylish and comfortable. Sleep tracking works well, which mattered most to me. My only gripe is it scuffs quickly—already has noticeable scratches within a week.

Alianna Díaz Jimenez 5/5
Stylish design with all accessories included
The ring has a modern, lightweight look and wears well every day. Packaging was neat and it arrived with the charging case, cables and manual—everything you need to start. The gold-like finish feels premium.

Long-lasting battery and handy readings
Battery stretches for several days on a single charge and it logs blood-pressure style readings periodically. I sync it with my iPhone and appreciate the other health metrics it provides. Chose black, and it looks sleek.

No ongoing fees and solid feature set
I like that this ring doesn’t force a subscription. It records heart rate, SpO2, stress, sleep and steps, and the IP68 rating means I can keep it on all day. The silver finish looks clean and it pairs with both iOS and Android. Good value for a feature-packed ring without monthly costs.

Beautiful color, comfy fit
The rose-gold option is even nicer in person. It sits snugly and I barely notice it. Tracks a lot of metrics while still looking like a normal piece of jewelry—very pleased.

Surprisingly impressive compared to pricier options
I considered more expensive brands but went with this and haven’t regretted it. Lightweight, true to size, and accurate enough for daily tracking. Works great after a week of use.

Good value but a few quirks
Covers all the basic vitals and the app is free, which is great. Sometimes auto-updated readings show high values until I force a manual check. Also, if you wake and go back to sleep it can mark the later time as sleep start, trimming your reported sleep total.
