For the creamiest foam, whole milk is recommended. The device reaches creamy foam in about two minutes under normal use.

Stopped working after a few uses
Worked fine at first, then it suddenly powered on empty and made alarming noises. I was worried about fire and discarded it. Customer support requested an awkward video upload, so I gave up. Frustrating loss of the cost.

Two years of reliable use

Simple, effective frothing
Surprised at the size but it fits my coffee corner. Delivers a rich foam for my morning cup and mixes hot chocolate or protein shakes well. Clean right away while milk is wet—easier to wipe. Fills to the minimum line and tends to make more foam than one cup needs, so I sometimes waste a bit, but I’d buy it again or give it as a gift.

Good frother with a cleanup note
Froths milk reliably—just don’t overfill past the internal marks. Some milk can bake on near the heater but it wipes away easily if cleaned after each use. I’d buy again.

Recommended but watch the lid

Customer service turned this into a 5-star
Initially I was disappointed when a unit failed, but after contacting the maker they responded quickly and offered a refund, so I returned my rating to five. The frother is powerful, includes an extra whisk, and elevated basic coffee to café style. I didn’t use it every day and kept it well cared for, so I think the problem was a one-off.

Excellent foam but limited volume
Foams better than handhelds and even some pricier models; it also mixes powders evenly with no residue. Downsides: the jug is small and the foam expansion often reaches the lid, and washing can be fiddly since water gets trapped in places.
