Product review
What you get: a pack of bladder liners with a 100% organic cotton topsheet in a trio of length options — Regular, Long, and Extra Long — so you can choose coverage that matches your needs. Each unit is packaged individually for hygiene and portability.
Materials and safety: The surface that touches skin is organic cotton and the product is dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic. The design avoids a long list of harsh additives and chemicals, including chlorine, dioxins, dyes, synthetic fragrance, latex and chloroform. These liners are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement where applicable.
Absorbency and structure: The liners use a redesigned shape and internal layers to pull moisture away quickly — faster than common alternatives — and the cores hold many times their own weight so you stay drier longer. Despite that capacity, the construction remains thin and flexible for everyday wear.
Comfort and odor control: Because the topsheet is natural cotton and the absorbent layers don’t rely on masking scents, odors are minimized without synthetic perfumes. The soft, breathable surface reduces friction and irritation for frequent use.
How to use: Peel and stick to your underwear using the adhesive backing, selecting the length that offers the coverage you want. Replace as needed based on flow or leakage. With each purchase, the brand donates period care and educational resources to people in need.
Pros
- Organic cotton topsheet for sensitive skin
- Fast absorption with thin, flexible profile
- Fragrance-free odor control
Cons
- Sizing may run shorter than some charts
- Adhesive can shift for certain underwear styles
- Some users report bunching with movement
VerdictThese bladder liners focus on natural materials and rapid absorption. The organic cotton topsheet and fragrance-free construction suit sensitive skin, while layered cores absorb a surprising amount for their slim profile. Some users report fit or adhesive issues, so pick the length carefully.

Very comfortable and reassuring
I wear bladder liners daily and switched to these after researching safer materials. The organic topsheet feels gentle, the construction is more comfortable than my previous options, and the extra long fit is close to other brands' long.

Works as intended
I appreciate the non-toxic construction — it performs the task well. I tried another brand that felt soft, but this one gave me better protection and fit my needs more consistently.

Smaller than expected
I ordered the Long listed as 8.3 inches, but the actual absorbent area measured about 7 inches long and ~2 inches wide at the center, 2.25 at the ends. The exterior tissue beyond the pad adds no absorbency and isn’t adhesive. Disappointing size.

Reliable for daily use
Great option for people who need liners frequently. The cotton surface prevents itching and remains comfortable for long wear. I’ll repurchase when I run out.

Tended to bunch for me
I had good results with another product from the brand, but these bunched up badly during wear. They didn’t work for me and I won’t buy them again.

Natural-feeling, good for moderate leaks
A solid natural alternative. Comfortable, absorbent and fragrance-free, these liners handled moderate leakage without leaving me worried about smells.

Soft, absorbent and comfy
I needed a liner that was long enough and thin yet absorbent. The cotton topsheet is soft against skin and doesn’t irritate. It stays put and offers reliable light protection.

Gentle and convenient
No irritation and individually wrapped for travel. Good for light protection. The stickiness could be stronger since it can shift, but it doesn’t bunch and stays odor-free.
