Product review
Full-spectrum 5000K output: These Barrina T5 2ft LED bars are tuned to a 5000K white full-spectrum balance intended to mimic sunlight for indoor plants. The spectrum emphasizes wavelengths plants absorb most, making it suitable for seedling, vegetative and flowering phases.
High light density and efficient draw: The set totals 400 LEDs and consumes around 80W for the full kit, advertised as a practical replacement for much higher‑draw traditional plant lamps. The manufacturer states most emitted light is usable by plants, providing strong PPFD for compact growth without excessive heat.
Simple mounting and linking: The package ships with installation accessories — double-sided tape, mounting clips, and zip ties — so you can fasten the bars to shelves, racks, or other frames. Each bar includes an on/off switch on its housing and the lights can be daisy-chained so you can link many units in series for wider coverage. Note: the bars are non-magnetic and you should avoid mounting on uncured plaster or dirty, greasy or very rough surfaces.
What’s included: 8 x 2ft Barrina T5 LED grow light bars, 4 x power cords with integrated on/off switches, 7 x connecting cords (approx. 39.37" / 1 m each), 8 x small connectors, 16 x installation clips, 24 x double-sided adhesive pads, and 24 x cable ties. The components let you configure single bars or linked runs across shelving or racks.
Usage notes: Mount the bars where they provide even light distribution over your plant canopy. Control each bar individually using its surface switch, or operate multiple bars together via the included power cords and connectors. Because the units run cool, they’re suitable for close proximity to seedlings and established houseplants, but always observe recommended distances and secure mounting hardware for long-term setups.
Pros
- 5000K full-spectrum output tailored for plant absorption
- Energy-efficient pack with daisy-chaining and individual switches
- Comprehensive mounting kit included for shelves and racks
Cons
- No dimming — only on/off control per bar
- Adhesive magnetic pads may not hold reliably on some surfaces
- Length including cords can complicate fit on tight shelves
VerdictThis 8-pack of 2ft Barrina T5 LED bars delivers a practical, bright full-spectrum solution for indoor gardeners who need broad, even coverage. The kit comes with mounting hardware and linking cords, is energy-efficient compared with traditional high‑wattage plant lamps, and is easy to arrange across racks and shelves. It lacks a built‑in dimmer and some users report adhesive weaknesses on magnetic

We love these — easy to install and connect
These lights put out a slight pinkish-white cast that we like and they were extremely simple to hang and link together. Setup was one of the easiest projects this year and we’re planning to add more sets because they’ve been so effective.

A bright hit for succulents on shelves
I mounted two bars under each shelf to flood my cacti and succulents with even full-spectrum light. The kit included almost everything I needed; the adhesive pads for magnetic mounting were weak so I used the thin zip ties instead. They’re unobtrusive and work well on slatted shelving. I ran the string of lights from an external timer and they performed smoothly.

Must-have for growing tropical houseplants
High quality and easy to install in the configuration you prefer. My light‑hungry tropicals and seedlings responded very well. The multi-connection system is handy so you don’t have to plug each bar separately, and you can switch them individually.

Kept a large basement collection healthy with no windows
I used several bars across multiple shelves to light a big houseplant collection in a windowless basement. They provided the primary illumination for Alocasias, Monsteras, begonias, succulents and more, and everything stayed consistently healthy. Linking the bars made coverage even and the setup was very reliable over months of daily use.

Affordable and easy to mount
I installed these in my small greenhouse during a long winter and they helped my plants through low-light months. Easy to put up and a solid, budget-friendly choice.

Ideal for herbs and leafy houseplants
I built my indoor shelving around these strips for non-fruiting plants and they’ve performed really well. Herbs and greens grew compact, vibrant and healthy. The lights are bright, easy to mount, stay cool, and have been dependable with daily use. Great choice if you’re growing seedlings, herbs or foliage houseplants.

Subtle glow but effective growth boost
Not the highest-intensity fixture I’ve seen, but the bars give a pleasant white-pink glow and noticeably encourage foliage growth. Very satisfied with the overall performance.

Surprised — quality and results exceeded expectations
I was skeptical at first but these were a pleasant surprise. The kit includes solid mounting pieces and the bars are straightforward to position. There’s no variable brightness except distance, but that worked fine for my seedlings — they’re far less leggy now. I used the 2ft size on metal racks and appreciated the multiple mounting options like zip ties and magnetic attachments.

Powerful lights — took a while to find use for them
These are very bright, but initially they wouldn’t fit a particular rack because the cords added length. Return rules meant I held onto them, and later repurposed a metal office rack where they worked perfectly. Once installed they provided excellent coverage and my newer plants responded quickly.

Very radiant light — simple setup
Excellent lights that include everything needed for mounting, making installation quick. The light is bright and I expect my succulents will benefit from the extra illumination.

Slim, sealed, and very practical
I’ve run these nearly nonstop for a year. They’re slim, well-sealed, and plug-and-play. My plants definitely lean toward them. The lights accept connecting cords on either end for flexible placement, and there’s an on/off switch on each bar plus a switch on the main cord for easy control.

Brighter than my previous grow lamp
This set outshines my old grow light and produces a pleasing white-pink hue. I preferred a different color option originally, but this version still performs well. I’d recommend it to others and would buy additional bars as needed.
