Liner options: There are three backing choices to customize light control: unlined fabric (blocks roughly 40–50% of incoming light), white liner (about 60% light blockage), and beige liner (around 90% light blockage for near-darkness). Pick the liner that matches your room’s needs for daylight, privacy, and insulation.
Cordless operation: A cordless lift system allows the shade to be raised and lowered by hand. When fully raised the shade stacks to approximately 7 to 10 inches of height, depending on the ordered size and fabric selection.
Mounting and sizing: For an inside mount you need at least 2 inches of window depth. When ordered as inside mount the manufacturer will reduce the finished width by 1/4 inch to ensure a proper fit (for example: a 35.0" wide opening by 65 1/2" high will yield a finished shade 34 3/4" wide by 65 1/2" high). For an outside mount choose the finished shade width and height you want; no deductions will be made. It is recommended to allow at least 3 inches of extra width and 5 inches of extra height beyond the opening (for example: an opening of 35.0" x 65 1/2" would work well with a finished shade 38" wide x 71" high).
What’s included: Each shipment includes the cordless Roman shade in your selected size and liner, mounting brackets and screws, and an installation guide. Optional trim or valance and metal pull accessories may be available depending on the seller’s offerings. The shades are produced to your specified measurements for a tailored, finished appearance.
