Rosemary lemon water is a refreshing, elegant addition to any table. Beyond its cleansing qualities, it looks beautiful in a clear carafe and offers a light herbal flavor. The rosemary infuses gently so it never overwhelms, while lemon brightens and balances the drink.

Health benefits of Rosemary and Lemon
Lemon water is a simple habit I enjoy, especially when I want to reduce bloating or add a little Vitamin C to my day. Lemon acts as a natural diuretic and gives the water a crisp, bright note. Adding rosemary brings a fragrant herbal depth that complements the citrus.
Rosemary has a long history of medicinal and culinary use. It contains compounds with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which helps explain its traditional role in home remedies. I use rosemary in both fresh and dried forms — in cooking, in homemade room scents, and in the garden. I keep several bushes at home because I use it often.
How to make Rosemary Lemon Water
This infused water is quick and easy to prepare. Use a clear 2-quart carafe for the prettiest presentation. Place 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs and one whole lemon, sliced or quartered, into the carafe. Fill with cool, purified drinking water and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.

Serve chilled, with or without ice, and add extra lemon slices if you like.
Enjoy!
