It’s fall — the season for warming drinks and cozy flavors. The crisp air, rustling leaves, and golden hues make this spiced pumpkin latte especially appealing.

Although I often prefer black coffee, cooler weather calls for something sweeter and creamier. This dairy-free pumpkin spice latte checks those boxes while staying simple and wholesome.

Skip long lines and expensive shop versions — this Harvest Oat Pumpkin Latte is fast to prepare at home and tastes indulgent without the extra sugar.

Pumpkin is a versatile ingredient that works equally well in sweet and savory recipes, and it brings natural sweetness, fiber, and nutrients like potassium and vitamins A and C to your dishes.

If you love pumpkin, try it across breakfasts, mains, and desserts — from smoothies and baked oatmeal to cornbread, risotto, and cookies. This latte is another easy, delicious way to enjoy pumpkin’s seasonal charm.

Oat milk has become my favorite dairy-free option: it’s neutral in flavor, naturally creamy, and froths nicely for coffee drinks. You can buy oat milk in most stores or make it at home for an even fresher option.

Why this recipe beats many store-bought pumpkin drinks:

  • Dairy-free and vegan
  • No refined sugar — sweetened with pure maple syrup
  • Contains real pumpkin purée for authentic flavor
  • Quick and easy to prepare
  • Cost-effective compared to café versions

And an added perk: you won’t have to wait in line or worry about someone misspelling your name.
