Rough finish and safety concerns

The wood arrived coarse with loose splinters and poorly sanded surfaces. Finish felt unfinished and below what I expected. Not suitable where children will handle it.

Good for storing treats, with trade-offs

I hovered between three and four stars. The wood feels inexpensive and a bit rough, which may be acceptable at the price. The chalkboard didn’t seat correctly for me, but the drawer is a great feature many others lack. Side clips would be more secure if they screwed in, though they hold up when filled. Shelves aren’t massive but are fine for a grandkid’s playroom.
