Specifications: Inner diameter 3/8" (9.5 mm); outer diameter 0.67" (16 mm). Minimum bend radius is 5" (128 mm) and wall thickness measures approximately 3.65 mm.
Performance parameters: Rated working pressure is 300 PSI with a burst threshold around 1,200 PSI. The usable temperature range spans from -40°F up to 257°F, accommodating cold starts and elevated engine bay heat.
What's included: One continuous 10-foot length of SAE 30R7-style fuel hose plus ten adjustable hose clamps for immediate installation on many fittings.
Materials and construction: The hose uses NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) for oil and fuel resistance with a braided polyester fiber reinforcement for strength and abrasion resistance. This combination balances flexibility with durability for automotive fluid applications.
Compatibility and uses: Designed for diesel, gasoline, oil, biodiesel, grease and similar fluids. Built to meet SAE 30R7 criteria, it is commonly used in fuel delivery lines, oil cooler plumbing, return lines and other engine bay fluid circuits where oil resistance and heat tolerance are required.
Pros
- Durable NBR core with braided reinforcement
- Wide operating temperature range and high burst rating
- Includes 10 ft of hose plus ten clamps for immediate use
Cons
- Supplied clamps are basic and may be swapped for heavier-duty units
- Some installs require additional hose lengths or fittings
- Packaging can be rough in transit on occasion
VerdictThis 3/8-inch NBR fuel hose kit delivers a robust, SAE 30R7-compliant solution for fuel and oil plumbing. The hose construction — NBR inner rubber with braided polyester reinforcement — gives good oil and wear resistance while keeping flexibility for routing. The included ten clamps and 10-foot length make it convenient for many projects, though the clamps are basic and some installations may need

Good hose, odd odor
Seems like a solid hose at a fair value. It has a noticeable garlic-like smell, which I found odd.

Useful can but extras needed
The hose performed acceptably, but the box arrived damaged. I ended up buying a different-size section of hose and swapped the supplied clamps for sturdier ones. The mounting bracket is workable with minor trimming. Functional, but expect to source a few extras for a tidy job.

Perfect for oil cooler plumbing
Re-routed the oil cooler lines on a Polaris Sportsman 335. Hose fit the fittings and the build looks sturdy with no issues so far.
