Product review
This kit contains 32 snap-style sock clips, supplied in four unicorn-themed colors with eight clips of each hue. Each clip is molded from firm plastic designed to open wide and clamp tightly, providing a secure hold on most sock tops and many other items. A small hook accessory is also included; that hook snaps onto plastic hangers so clipped garments can be hung to dry or stored.
Made in the USA by the original manufacturer of this design, these clips are manufactured to be long-lasting and are sold with a lifetime guarantee. The company also notes that its production supports developmentally disabled employees. The clips are simple to use: pinch to open, align the sock tops, release to lock the pair together, and leave them clipped through wash and dry cycles.
Beyond socks, the clip’s wide opening and strong grip make it useful around the house — pinch a chip or cereal bag closed, secure frozen food packaging, keep pet-food bags sealed, or snap matching gloves together. They work on baby clothing and on skirts or lightweight garments when used with the included hanger hook. Because the clips are solid plastic they are sturdy, though they may clack in a loud dryer and feel tight until broken in.
Pros
- Keeps sock pairs together through wash and dry
- Multiuse — works on bags, gloves, baby clothes and more
- Made in USA and backed by a lifetime guarantee
Cons
- Hard plastic can be noisy in the dryer
- Very stiff at first; requires breaking in
- No soft coating to cushion contact in tumbling laundry
VerdictThese hard-plastic sock clips reliably keep pairs matched from laundry to drawer and double as multipurpose bag and garment clips. They can be loud in the dryer and feel stiff at first, but they’re durable, versatile, U.S.-made, and backed by a lifetime guarantee—great if you want a straightforward long-term solution to lost socks.

Pairs remain together
Worth the investment. These clips keep socks attached and prevent singles.

Socks actually stay paired
I've bought several packs over the years. It takes a little discipline to clip socks before tossing them in the hamper, so I keep a small bowl of clips by the door and another near the laundry to remind the household. No more hunting for mates, folding singles, or losing socks. I also use them to keep gloves matched and to clip snack bags or hang skirts on hangers.

Holds socks but can be loud
Great at keeping pairs linked, but the hard plastic makes a noticeable clatter in the dryer. I wish there were a rubberized version to muffle the noise, but performance is solid.

Simple and effective
This is my third set. I assign a color to each person in the house so I don’t have to sort socks anymore. They’ve held up for months and save a lot of time. I also clip my washable masks together and they stay paired through the wash.

A practical laundry aid
Sorting socks is time-consuming and replacing lost pairs adds up. Safety pins can rust or spring open, and mesh bags still require matching. These clips are washer- and dryer-safe and avoid many of those pitfalls while keeping pairs together.

Does what it promises
They keep socks clipped from dryer to drawer so there’s no need to fold pairs. The main downside is the plastic knocking around in the dryer; if the noise isn’t an issue for you, they work very well.

Stiff out of the box
When new they’re tough to open, which can be frustrating. Supposedly they loosen with use. Once you can open them they perform very well.

My go-to for decades
I’ve used these for years and haven’t lost a sock since I started. You must clip them when removing shoes and unclip to wear, but they stay on—even with thick socks. They do clank in the dryer, but I don’t mind the noise for the convenience of never hunting for matches.
