Product review
High-intensity LED and beam: The PH2403 uses an upgraded PH-L330 30W LED designed for high output and focused projection. The manufacturer states a maximum of 100,000 lumens and a focused beam capable of reaching roughly 3,280 feet. This model uses a single operating mode (one click to power on or off) and a rotating head to change the beam from narrow spotlight to a wide flood.
Charging, protection and power features: The flashlight includes a built-in USB-C charging port with an internal smart chip that guards against overcharge and over-discharge. Typical recharge time is listed at 3–5 hours depending on the power source (USB outlet, laptop, portable battery). An LCD shows remaining battery percentage, and a USB-A output allows the torch to act as an emergency power bank for phones and other USB devices.
Run time and output behavior: With a fully charged battery the unit can run for extended periods—up to around 15 hours under moderate use—while maintaining steady output in its one operating mode. The light head can be focused by twisting to tailor the beam for long-distance spotting or broader area coverage. The LED color temperature is on the cool side, suitable for high-contrast illumination.
Construction and durability: The body is made from aviation-grade aluminum alloy for impact resistance and wear protection. The compact length measures approximately 6.46 inches and includes a clip for transport. Sealed rubber gaskets provide weather resistance so the light can be used in rain or snow. The housing is designed to withstand drops of several feet and heavy impacts; the brand notes extreme durability under tough conditions.
Package contents and support: Each purchase includes 1x PH2403 flashlight, 1x USB-C to USB-C cable, 1x USB-A to USB-C cable and 1x gift box. The maker offers customer service for product questions or support. The unit is intended for everyday carry, outdoor activities, emergency kits, and situations where a powerful, easy-to-use rechargeable light is needed.

Too powerful to ignore
I’d ordered a similar model before; this version has a single mode rather than multiple modes. The lamps are blindingly bright and useful for deterring threats. The claimed lumen numbers are unrealistic, but the light itself is excellent and arrived quickly.

Good value for the money
Strong output and long-lasting battery. One-button operation suits me. Initial output drops after a few minutes to a lower level; color is cool (around 6500K). Customer service was responsive.

Impressed by the brightness and build quality. Zoom works well from wide to focused beam. USB-C charges fast and battery endurance is good — solid for outdoor or safety use.
