Product review
This manual pump is built around a soft silicone cushion that reproduces a baby’s natural suckling pattern to stimulate milk flow. The pillow is flexible to adapt to a wide range of breast shapes and sizes, designed to fit 99.98% of nipple profiles up to 1.18 inches.
The unit is compact and lightweight for easy transport — a practical option when you need a discreet, handheld solution rather than a mains-powered pump. Its straightforward construction keeps the number of parts low so you can take it apart quickly for washing and sanitizing; reassembly is simple once you’re used to the pieces.
Materials include a soft silicone shield/pillow and BPA-free plastics for parts that contact milk. Operation is hand-powered: gently squeeze the handle to create suction and control rhythm and intensity to suit your comfort level.
What’s in the box: 1 manual breast pump body, 1 silicone cushion (pillow/flange), 1 4oz Natural baby bottle, 1 sealing disc, and 1 screw ring. The sealing disc lets you store milk directly in the included bottle when needed.
Pros
- Comfortable soft silicone cushion that adapts to most nipples
- Mimics baby suction for quicker let-down and controlled pumping
- Small, light, and easy to disassemble for travel and cleaning
Cons
- Manual pumping can cause hand fatigue during longer sessions
- No gasket between pump and bottle — may leak if tilted
- Requires precise assembly; a few more parts than some hand pumps
VerdictA compact, user-controlled manual pump that prioritizes comfort with a soft silicone pillow and a design that imitates baby suction for faster milk flow. Good for occasional use, travel, and relief between feeds, though manual pumping can tire the hands and it needs careful assembly to avoid leaks.

Solid manual alternative
Very easy to use, clean and sterilize. I use it as a non-electric backup alongside my Spectra, and the fit is fine for my typical flange size.

Soft flange, effective
I love the soft flange — it’s more comfortable than many others and covers the plastic part nicely. It’s also easier to dismantle than my Medela hand pump. Would buy again.

Exactly as advertised — handy and portable
This hand pump has been a reliable, compact choice when I need to travel light. The silicone cushion is fairly comfortable and seals well, and the Natural Motion-style action makes pumping reasonably quick. I like being able to pace the suction by hand to find a comfortable rhythm. Cleaning is simple since there aren’t many parts, and the BPA-free materials are reassuring. Great for occasional relief or collecting milk from one side while nursing on the other.

Good suction and flexible fit
It helps clear the breast after a feed and has solid suction. The flexible flange is comfortable, and I can attach a nipple to the included bottle to feed directly since we use the Avent bottles.

Easy to use and carry
Simple to operate and fast to clean. The soft silicone flange sits comfortably and the suction brings milk quickly. Small and light, it’s ideal for trips when you don’t want an electric pump. Parts fit snugly with no spills and coming apart for sterilizing is uncomplicated. Highly recommended for portability.

No regrets
Extracts milk well and is simple to operate.

Works okay but finicky
Comfortable and functional for those with sensitivity, and it fits Avent bottles. However, there’s no gasket so it leaks if not kept upright, which I discovered at 4 a.m. There are more parts to wash than other manual pumps and it needs precise assembly to work properly. I prefer my Medela, but this serves in a pinch.

Would purchase again
I really like this pump — it’s quiet, effective, and easy to clean. I’d buy another one.

High milk output but tiring hands
Bought as a secondary pump for overnight sessions and outings. I actually get more milk per session with this hand pump than with my double electric — let-down is quick and output is high — but manual pumping makes my hands sore. Flange fits well and yields strong results, but it’s tiring for frequent use.

Painful suction for me
I switched from a Medela hand pump and this one was disappointing. The suction felt too harsh and painful, milk pooled and leaked from the flange instead of going into the bottle, and my output was much lower than with my electric pump. I’ll be returning to my previous brand.
