Extra button never worked
Bought this months ago and a secondary button has never responded. Tried charging and resets with no change. Not sure if it was defective from the start — disappointing since we didn’t catch it earlier.

Battery failed after a month
The charge lasted only a session after several weeks, then it stopped holding power entirely shortly after the return period. Unfortunately became unusable.
