Product review
Four outputs (A1, A2, B1, B2): This unit supports up to eight electrode pads at once via its four ports, letting you target multiple regions in one session. Channels A and B operate independently, so you can run different programs and intensity levels on each side — for example, gentler stimulation on one shoulder and a stronger program for the lower back simultaneously.
Combined TENS and EMS functions: The device provides two therapy types in a single handheld machine. The TENS mode delivers non-invasive electrical stimulation to help interrupt pain signals, while the EMS mode triggers muscle contractions to help maintain or rebuild strength and endurance during rehab or conditioning.
Large LCD and timer options: A 3.69-inch backlit screen with large icons and buttons makes the control panel easy to read and adjust. Session lengths can be set from 10 up to 90 minutes to suit short treatments or longer recovery work. The unit includes a built-in rechargeable lithium battery so sessions don’t depend on disposable cells.
Upgraded electrode pads and connectors: The kit includes 10 adhesive electrode pads — eight 2" x 2" square pads and two 2" x 4" rectangular pads — featuring a low-impedance gel and improved American-style adhesive for longer wear (many users report multiple uses with proper care). Leads use the common 2 mm connector standard, making it simple to find compatible replacement wires and accessories.
What’s included: 1 AUVON 4-channel TENS/EMS controller, 10 electrode pads (8 x 2" x 2" squares, 2 x 2" x 4" rectangles), 4 lead wires, 1 USB cable, 1 USB charger, 1 pad holder, 1 soft pouch, 1 user manual, plus a 24-month warranty and technical support.

VerdictAUVON's 4-channel stimulator blends TENS pain relief and EMS muscle activation in one compact unit. Valuable tool for chronic pain
I’ve lived with hip pain for years and found TENS helpful; this model improved things further. Four outputs let me cover lower back and leg at the same time, which is important because pain often originates elsewhere. When my first device had an output issue, customer service responded quickly and helped troubleshoot. The extra coverage really makes a difference for managing flare-ups.

Using it on my older dog
Bought this for my senior dog with arthritis. I tested it on myself and felt it work, but my dog just relaxes and often falls asleep during sessions. I shaved fur where needed, wet the contact spots, and followed guidance from her physical therapist. I don’t see obvious muscle twitching, even at higher intensities, but I’ll keep adjusting settings. The controls took a little time to get used to.

Impressive so far
I don’t claim to be an expert, but in daily use this unit performs well. It’s about the size of a deck of cards and comes with four lead sets and several pads. The electrodes attach to skin easily with a bit of water. There are 24 program styles and adjustable intensity within each; surprisingly powerful output for a small rechargeable device. It does everything I expected and then some.

Great relief for sciatica
Bought it for hip pain and sciatica and the strength rivals what I get in clinic sessions. It arrived charged and battery life has been excellent. The timer range and mode variety let me fine-tune treatments. There’s a small learning curve to operate all the features, but overall I’ve seen notable pain reduction. Company support was responsive when I had a question.

Professional-feeling dual-mode unit
Replaced my older unit and appreciate that each channel can run its own program. It arrived fully charged and the manual is straightforward. The device fits in the hand like a phone, and has a lock feature to prevent accidental changes. A helpful tip: hold the mode button to jump through main programs quickly, then short-press to pick sub-modes. The lowest intensity is very gentle, which I like.

Pocketable and effective
I love how portable this is compared with my bulky unit — you can move around and even put the controller in your pocket (not while driving). It’s about phone-sized and packs surprising power; I rarely go past mid-intensity. The pig-tail electrodes are easy to replace and provide reliable relief in the moment. Customer reps were friendly and helpful.

Stormy J-C 5/5
Solid build and powerful pulses
This feels sturdier than many pocket units — not too heavy but not flimsy. Four inputs let you use up to eight pads or just two inputs for a standard four-pad setup. Lots of modes and a reliable lock feature. The auto backlight is useful at night, though I wish it dimmed. The stimulation feels full and effective, so I end up needing sessions less often.

No regrets — highly recommended
I owned a dual-channel device that helped nightly back spasms, and upgrading to four channels was a game changer. I can treat my back and neck or handle both legs at once. The extended timer up to 90 minutes is handy. Pads and lead wires are compatible with my old unit, so switching is seamless. The adhesive pads hold well and last when cared for. The EMS mode adds useful muscle stimulation beyond pain relief.
