Came apart under light weight
Do not buy this if you expect durability — the cam fittings failed when my 50 lb child sat on it and a side split, dropping the shelf. Now it's a pile of pieces; very upset. Maybe mine was defective.

Adorable and practical

Great clearance for floor vent
I needed something that cleared a floor register and this fits perfectly in front of the window. I chose not to use the supplied cushion after my cat started clawing it; it comes with adhesive Velcro but I avoided sticking anything to the finish. It looks handsome and meets my needs.

Handy storage but not for large boots
Attractive and quick to assemble (about 30–45 minutes). Holds many shoes, but men's size 12+ and taller boots won't fit upright. Sturdy enough for light use; avoid heavy loads above ~150–165 lbs.

Solid look, a bit smaller than pictured
It appears more compact in person. A couple of screws loosened over time, but overall it looks nice. The instructions were adequate and my entryway is tidier now.

Replacement parts not available
Some parts didn't line up and one fastener arrived damaged. I couldn't order replacement pieces, so the recommended fix was returning the whole unit. It's particleboard, so I'm unsure how well it will last.
