Product review
This product is a single 24 inch wide by 100 foot long roll of transfer tape constructed from 4-mil natural-colored paper. The roll is supplied on a silicone release liner and is intended for use with cut vinyl graphics, decals, signage, and similar materials.
The tape uses a layflat adhesive designed to keep the paper adhered to its liner so the roll stays smooth during transport and deployment. That layflat behavior reduces curl and makes long runs easier to handle when moving a decal from the cutting sheet to the target surface.
Adhesive strength sits in the medium-high tack range, strong enough to lift vinyl and hold it during alignment but formulated to pull away without leaving sticky residue. The formulation promotes clean removal without tearing the vinyl or leaving marks on most substrates.
Because it is paper-based and 4 mil thick, it’s lightweight and conformable for flat or slightly curved surfaces. Users commonly apply it for sign faces, vehicle graphics, home decals, and even delicate tasks such as lifting thin wood veneer into recessed cutouts where careful placement is required.
This roll is manufactured in the United States from American-sourced materials. It’s intended for both experienced sign makers and hobbyists: straightforward to use for dry applications, compatible with a range of vinyl types, and packaged as a single long roll for large projects.
Pros
- Layflat adhesive keeps the roll smooth
- Clean removal with minimal residue
- Made in the USA from 4-mil paper
Cons
- Paper can feel thin and flimsy
- Some rolls vulnerable to shipping damage
- Edges may separate on very large pulls
VerdictA sturdy American-made paper transfer tape that handles most sign and craft jobs well: layflat backing, medium-high tack, and clean removal. Expect reliable performance, though the paper can feel thin and packaging could be improved.

Rips when lifting from the roll
Ends would stick to the roll and tear the sheet when pulled, which wasted material and caused frustration.
-
Chester 3/5
Worked after constant babysitting
Edges began separating from the adhesive during a 10' banner and required frequent realignment. Eventually transferred, but took much longer than expected.

Did the job reliably and arrived in usable condition.

Reliable tape, pack it better
Tape itself worked reliably, but a couple of rolls arrived damaged. Better shipping protection would help.

Performs as expected
Used for a dry application and the release was gradual and controllable — transfer went smoothly.

Perfect for fragile veneer
Ideal for lifting and positioning very thin wood veneer into recessed cuts without breaking the pieces. Arrived well packed.

Good tack level
Exactly what you’d expect: not overly sticky, easy to remove, yet holds the vinyl during placement.

Too thin and tricky to cut
The paper seemed flimsy and was difficult to cut straight. It sometimes creased and adhesion felt uneven. It works but can be time consuming.
