    Impressive build and smooth soft-close

    Really pleased with the construction. Front corners use dovetail joints, the drawer bottoms are veneered plywood, and the slides provide a gentle soft-close. Straightforward to assemble; I glued thin spacers to the cabinet sides for added support.

    Excellent for an oddly sized cupboard

    Sturdy, solid wood drawers. I ordered the 14-inch model for a nonstandard cabinet. The frame is rigid; I mounted using bottom and rear points instead of side mounts and it works perfectly. Fit all my items and even a cookbook along the side.

    Poor instructions and unhelpful support

    Assembly instructions were inadequate and vendor support didn’t resolve my issues. Returning would have meant disassembly and shipping, so I discarded the unit.

    Good overall but needed reinforcement

    Installation took time but was manageable. I added side support because the unit twisted when fully extended and a shelf came off. The sliders separated during reassembly which was tricky, but it now works well.
